We are committed to helping you find success over the long term
Whether our franchisees are opening their first store or their fifth, we are committed to providing best-in-class support every step of the way. Our franchisees’ success is our number one priority, and we continually measure our progress based on the manageability, profitability and growth of their stores.
We also never view the world as static. Our success comes from constantly tweaking and adjusting our systems and processes to respond to changes in the market. For example, some of our recent success in sales growth was the result of buying more inventory. But buying more product meant more vendors to serve and more information to process. To keep on top of this volume, we developed “Q” — an i-Pad based software program that our customers use to check-in when they bring products into our stores to sell. With a few keystrokes on a touch screen, customers let us know when they have arrived and what they are selling. It speeds up the purchasing process and improves the accuracy of our records. Q has put a smile on the face of both our customers and the managers who run the stores.
We have also increasingly seen our franchisees looking for ways to expand their footprint beyond one store. As a result, in addition to helping our franchisees drive sales and profitability growth at the store level, we are also constantly supporting our franchisees in their efforts to develop and/or purchase multiple stores – including those of our sister company Uptown Cheapskate.
